Hilton Garden Inn Aiken

The location of the hotel is convenient and lobby is nice and clean. The staff is really nice. They have a bar. They rooms are a nice size. The breakfast offered was good, wish they would bring back the waffles.

Staff was very friendly. I had ordered fried chicken and fries. The service was great, but the food was not. No seasoning the chicken tasted bland. I know you can't seasoning food because allergies and other factors. That was my only problem.

The staff is what makes this hotel terrific! I don’t have all of their names but the gals that worked the check in desk were amazing, Tuesday evenings staff and especially Julie. These gals are gems and I would come back just for them.

I came to the Hilton to regain my peace of mind. As a mom of a special needs teenager, burn out is at a higher risk during the holidays. Nika Seigler extended such an understanding and love that was needed to make this staycation far beyond what I hoped for. So incredibly grateful for her!
